overheard...

... at different points in the last few weeks of concerts sharing music from the new CD (these are some of my favourites, anyway)...

"No, Bryan, you definitely don't want to wear THAT..."

"You know, when I first heard about this, I was skeptical, but man, there's some really moving stuff..."

"Where do you get off saying that this album is more for the "tall" than the "small"...?! Our kids are asking for it all the time, and I think it's so important that we sing and talk about this stuff NOW and not wait till they're "grown up"...!"

"Is this going to be loud...?"

"You got this 80-year-old stomping...!"

"Where did you find these people (the band members)? They're amazing!"

"You know, now that we've played together a bunch of times, it's starting to feel like these songs are moving from being YOUR songs to becoming OUR songs..."

"What? Your guitar doesn't "plug in"...?"

"I'm definitely glad we chose to come here instead of to the Santa Claus parade..."

"I think those children that got to sing with you on your CDs are really lucky..."

"When is that songbook coming out? We're definitely going to be using some of these songs."
